What you will do

• Lead regulatory compliance projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and manage project plans including scope, resources, and risk management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Quality Assurance, R&D, Operations, Legal) to embed regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and manage project workstreams, identifying issues and balancing trade-offs.
• Drive process improvements by standardizing documentation and audit preparation.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and status reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or 10+ years equivalent experience.
• 6+ years as Project Manager in medical devices, including Class III (active implantable).
• Assertive, confident, proactive, analytical, and highly organized.
• Strong communicator and influencer with team coaching skills.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Preferred certifications: PMP and SCRUM Master.
• Proficient in German, Spanish, French.
• Advanced in MS Office, MS Project, Jira, Jama, Polarion, OnePlan, Oracle Agile PLM.
