What you will do
- Maintain and grow client relationships with key ServiceNow customers.
- Lead client reviews, performance updates, and contract renewals.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and platform optimisation.
- Act as the day-to-day client contact, ensuring timely support and engagement.
- Collaborate with technical, delivery and commercial teams for seamless client outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management or customer success (tech/managed service preferred).
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and drive strategic value.
- Strong commercial awareness and experience with contract negotiation.
