What you will do
- Partner with Strategic and Enterprise AEs to lead technically complex sales cycles.
- Map and document end-to-end customer workflows across CRM, data, and integrations.
- Own pre-contract technical validation for complex deals, identifying risks early.
- Act as the final technical checkpoint on non-standard or high-risk deals.
- Support SMB sales through demo delivery, onboarding, and objection handling.
- Serve as a bridge between Sales, Product, and Onboarding.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Senior Pre-Sales, Solutions Consultant, or Technical Consultant role within B2B SaaS.
- Experience in enterprise or complex mid-market sales cycles.
- Strong technical understanding of SaaS products.
- Comfortable operating alongside senior sales leaders and enterprise AEs.
- Able to balance technical depth with commercial pragmatism.
- Clear communicator who can translate complexity into confidence for customers.
