Salary: $165,000–$242,000

What you will do

• Lead and mentor the Production Engineering team in building and operating platforms for quick, reliable, and safe software delivery.
• Architect, implement, and optimize scalable infrastructure solutions for cloud and on-premises environments.
• Drive automation, CI/CD, and deployment strategies across hybrid platforms.
• Champion a seamless developer experience by streamlining workflows and improving tooling.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Field Engineers, and product teams on robust solutions.
• Own observability patterns, tools, automation, and release processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of DevOps or engineering experience.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong skills in infrastructure as code, automation, and configuration management (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
• Proficient in scripting languages (Python, Bash).
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Deep understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, national, green card holder, refugee, or asylee) due to export control compliance.

Nice to have

• Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect).
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Datadog).
• Familiarity with security best practices in hybrid environments.
