What you will do

• Manage and mentor a team of 8–10 test engineers, focusing on automation-first strategies.
• Design and execute end-to-end test strategies for entire releases, including regression, scale, and performance testing NMS, security applications, and Cloud applications.
• Partner with Development, Product Management, and Technical Assistance Centers to resolve complex customer escalations and ensure timely product delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years in datacom/telecom.
• At least 3+ years in a management role.
• Strong background in Layers 2–7 of the OSI model, networking protocols (TCP/IP, SNMP).
• Experience with virtualization products like ESXi and HyperV.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Nice to have

• Experience with scripting (Robot, Perl, Python, Shell) for tools development and test automation.
• Hands-on experience with Protocol Packet Generator (IXIA).
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows environments.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies.
