Customer Success Manager (Japan): Delivering high-touch service to institutional clients, helping them optimize their use of ’s digital asset offerings with an accent on understanding business needs, driving product adoption, and ensuring long-term satisfaction. Focus on building strong relationships, developing tailored success strategies, and proactively managing customer health metrics across the APAC region.
Location: Remote, must be based in Japan. Supporting clients across the APAC region.

What you will do
- Serve as a dedicated advisor to institutional clients, optimizing their use of ’s offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
- Partner with clients to develop tailored success strategies and track progress with KPIs.
- Conduct regular check-ins and strategic business reviews with executive and technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Support teams to enhance customer experience.
- Proactively manage risks, monitor customer health metrics, and mitigate churn.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or similar roles in technology or financial services.
- Proven ability to guide customers through complex technological or operational transitions.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience managing high-value customer portfolios ($1M+ ARR) and driving expansion/renewal opportunities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, capable of engaging with executives and technical stakeholders.
- Project management expertise for effective initiative execution.
