Customer Success Manager (Japan): Delivering high-touch service to institutional clients, helping them optimize their use of hirify.global’s digital asset offerings with an accent on understanding business needs, driving product adoption, and ensuring long-term satisfaction. Focus on building strong relationships, developing tailored success strategies, and proactively managing customer health metrics across the APAC region.

Location: Remote, must be based in Japan. Supporting clients across the APAC region.

What you will do

  • Serve as a dedicated advisor to institutional clients, optimizing their use of hirify.global’s offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
  • Partner with clients to develop tailored success strategies and track progress with KPIs.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and strategic business reviews with executive and technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Support teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Proactively manage risks, monitor customer health metrics, and mitigate churn.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or similar roles in technology or financial services.
  • Proven ability to guide customers through complex technological or operational transitions.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience managing high-value customer portfolios ($1M+ ARR) and driving expansion/renewal opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, capable of engaging with executives and technical stakeholders.
  • Project management expertise for effective initiative execution.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the cryptocurrency ecosystem, trading, or digital asset custody.
