What you will do

  • Own the alliance relationship and drive its growth and development, potentially managing multiple alliances.
  • Establish programmatic selling activities with Rackspace and Alliance partner sales teams.
  • Strengthen executive sales alignment by building joint strategic business plans and driving towards key success metrics.
  • Develop and implement partner enablement activities, creating repeatable best practices.
  • Drive incremental pipeline and opportunities while reducing direct churn rates to alliance partners.

Requirements

  • 12 - 14 years of experience in a relevant role.
  • High School Diploma or regional equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Sales accreditation or certification in Alliance platform strongly required.
  • Expert-level knowledge of planning, designing, and executing partner programs.
  • Strong understanding of the partner, including partner economics and solution development.
  • Skilled communicator with effective presentation skills.
