What you will do
- Own the alliance relationship and drive its growth and development, potentially managing multiple alliances.
- Establish programmatic selling activities with Rackspace and Alliance partner sales teams.
- Strengthen executive sales alignment by building joint strategic business plans and driving towards key success metrics.
- Develop and implement partner enablement activities, creating repeatable best practices.
- Drive incremental pipeline and opportunities while reducing direct churn rates to alliance partners.
Requirements
- 12 - 14 years of experience in a relevant role.
- High School Diploma or regional equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Sales accreditation or certification in Alliance platform strongly required.
- Expert-level knowledge of planning, designing, and executing partner programs.
- Strong understanding of the partner, including partner economics and solution development.
- Skilled communicator with effective presentation skills.
