What you will do

• Conduct data analyses, develop data-driven solutions, and identify actionable insights to tackle business challenges.
• Establish reporting on new features and conduct usage analyses, including Community and Academy websites activities.
• Support all analytics requests related to Product Analytics on Mixpanel or hirify.global.
• Collaborate with other data & analytics teams to ensure robust data foundations.
• Set up Product Analytics metrics alerts to enhance data-quality monitoring.
• Build a prototype of a user base that consolidates usage, assignation, community, and learning data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master’s, or equivalent degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science).
• Proficiency using SQL to query large data sets, with a strong understanding of statistics and experimentation.
• Full professional English proficiency.
• Impact-focused and excited to solve ambiguous problems.
• Collaborative, forming trusting relationships with cross-functional teammates and communicating data clearly.

Nice to have

• Python knowledge is a plus.
