What you will do

• Build and own the global affiliate marketing strategy across all hirify.global products.
• Launch affiliate programs from scratch for multiple brands, defining conversion events and payout structures.
• Evaluate, select, and manage affiliate platforms, networks, and tracking tools.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage high-quality affiliate partners, building long-term relationships.
• Design and optimize commission models, promotional calendars, and performance-based incentives.
• Define and enforce affiliate program rules, policies, fraud prevention, and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Affiliate Marketing.
• Proven experience building affiliate programs from scratch.
• Experience with SaaS and/or DTC subscription products.
• Strong understanding of affiliate tracking, attribution models, and postback logic.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with a focus on sustainable growth.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience managing affiliate programs across multiple brands.
• Experience with international affiliates and multi-market setups.
• Background in high-volume consumer funnels.
