What you will do

• Shape hirify.global's field marketing and events strategy, identifying opportunities and formats that drive pipeline growth.
• Plan and execute a portfolio of executive dinners, developer meetups, and customer events end-to-end.
• Own tradeshow and conference execution, including booth strategy, logistics, and staff coordination.
• Achieve pipeline generation targets for your event portfolio and track key metrics (pipeline, lead quality, ROI).
• Optimize lead management and follow-up strategies, partnering with sales teams.
• Build scalable event systems and develop repeatable processes and playbooks.

Requirements

• English: B2 required.
• Location: San Francisco, CA preferred.
• 4-6+ years in field marketing and events at developer-focused or technical product companies.
• Strong track record of driving qualified pipeline and revenue through field marketing programs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex events from start to finish.
• Excellent organizational skills with experience managing multiple events simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with hirify.global, LangGraph, LangSmith, and/or AI/ML concepts.
• Proven experience managing a field marketing team (for senior candidates).
• Ability to start as an IC and grow into management, or step in as a player/coach.
