Salary: United States Zone A: $161,700 - $204,000 USD, Zone B: $151,300 - $191,800 USD, Zone C: $141,900 - $179,500 USD. Canada: $183,300 - $232,200 CAD.

What you will do

  • Lead complex, strategic mixed-methods research programs addressing ambiguous, high-impact questions across product pillars.
  • Design and deploy advanced quantitative studies, including statistically robust survey methods and data analysis.
  • Conduct nuanced qualitative research, such as in-depth interviews and generative exploration, to clarify user needs and motivations.
  • Synthesize diverse data types (qual, quant, behavioral logs, market research) into crisp, decision-ready strategic insights.
  • Elevate research systems, standards, and practices, partnering with Research Ops and improving quant literacy.
  • Drive AI-native research innovation by using AI as a core workflow component and establishing ethical standards.
  • Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional partners in methodological rigor and effective storytelling.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree or 8+ years in user research, market research, consumer insights, behavioral science, or similar mixed-methods roles.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-method studies with high ambiguity and business stakes.
  • Astute business acumen and experience conducting research on B2B/SaaS products and business models.
  • Robust quantitative skills, especially programmatic survey design and data analysis, and dynamic qualitative methods.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders across various groups.
  • AI-native mindset: comfortable using AI as a core component of research workflows and capable of transformative AI usage.
