What you will do

• Design scalable, data-driven solutions to introduce state-of-the-art research into products.
• Analyze product scenarios to identify key challenges and design experimental processes for optimization.
• Collaborate with research and product teams to apply advanced methods and negotiate practical solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and build strong connections with academia.
• Develop algorithms, manage data pipelines, and apply statistical analysis to enhance product quality and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years related experience, or equivalent.
• Solid coding skills and experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, CNTK.

Nice to have

• Master’s or Doctorate in a related field with 3+ years of related experience.
• Working/research experience in recommendation areas.
• Good communication skills and self-motivation.
