Focus on aligning data architecture with business capabilities, identifying opportunities for AI enablement, and promoting data literacy.

Location: Hybrid in Krakow (Poland) or Lund (Sweden)

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and own the enterprise information strategy.
• Define data governance policies and standards to ensure high-quality, trusted data.
• Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models supporting digital initiatives.
• Align data architecture with business capabilities and value streams.
• Identify opportunities for data reuse, advanced analytics, and AI enablement.
• Promote data literacy and stewardship across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in information architecture, data governance, or enterprise data management.
• Strong understanding of data management, integration, and architecture principles.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a global mindset.
• Familiarity with Data Management frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK) and modern data management tools.
