What you will do

• Lead change management for data platform modernization and cloud data migrations.
• Identify and assess change impacts and engage stakeholders to drive adoption.
• Embed change into processes, behaviors, and organizational culture.
• Provide program and portfolio leadership, managing dependencies and removing impediments.
• Prepare executive-level communications, dashboards, and presentations.
• Engage with three lines of defense and support audit readiness and responses.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in Change Management or Enterprise Transformation.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting large, complex data or technology modernization programs.
• Familiarity with data platforms, cloud migrations, and modernization initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
