TL;DR

Lead iOS Software Engineer (Swift): Leading the design and development of advanced mobile functionalities for iOS applications with an accent on architectural standards and code quality. Focus on promoting best practices in software engineering, test automation, and performance optimization in an Agile environment.

Location: Remote work applicable in Poland, Latam, Moldova & Romania.

What you will do

Lead the design and development of advanced mobile functionalities for iOS applications using Swift.
Define and maintain architectural standards and ensure code quality across the iOS team.
Act as a mentor and technical guide for other iOS engineers.
Work with version control systems, CI/CD tools, and cloud-based infrastructure.
Promote best practices in software engineering, including clean architecture, test automation, performance optimization, and refactoring.

Requirements

5+ years of professional experience in iOS development, including leadership/mentorship experience.
Strong proficiency in Swift, with solid understanding of UIKit, Xcode, XCTests, and Fastlane.
Hands-on experience with architectural patterns such as MVVM, MVC, MVP, VIPER.
Proficiency in building scalable mobile applications using REST APIs.
Solid understanding of clean code principles, test-driven development (TDD), and performance optimization.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum team.
Fluency in English at a minimum B2+ level.

Nice to have

Knowledge of Objective-C.
Experience with SwiftUI, Combine, or RxSwift.
Background in cloud-based mobile architecture or mobile DevOps.
