What you will do
- Drive organization and supervision of processes, teams, and technology services composition.
- Ensure smooth project delivery within agreed deadlines, scope, quality, and budget.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the delivery phase.
- Identify potential risks/delays and implement corrective actions.
- Manage scope, change requests, risks, resources, and project budget.
- Build and maintain close relationships with customers and coordinate stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Agile Delivery / Project Management experience, ideally in Managed Services and IT Outsourcing.
- In-depth understanding and practical experience with Agile approaches (Scrum, Kanban).
- Ability to perform and supervise project management activities across all phases.
- Experience in managing multiple agile teams in projects of 25-75 FTE.
- Strong customer and service-focused attitude with a focus on outcome.
- Solid understanding of change and expectations management.
- Proven track record of successful project implementation in a software environment.
- English: Advanced level (C1) required.
Nice to have
- Experience in managing multiple distributed teams.
- Technical background (software development, QA, DevOps).
- Product Management background.
- Knowledge of latest SW development trends and tools.
- German language skills.
- Agile and/or PMI certification, experience with SAFe or LeSS.
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and conducting trainings.
