What you will do

• Drive organization and supervision of processes, teams, and technology services composition.
• Ensure smooth project delivery within agreed deadlines, scope, quality, and budget.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the delivery phase.
• Identify potential risks/delays and implement corrective actions.
• Manage scope, change requests, risks, resources, and project budget.
• Build and maintain close relationships with customers and coordinate stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Agile Delivery / Project Management experience, ideally in Managed Services and IT Outsourcing.
• In-depth understanding and practical experience with Agile approaches (Scrum, Kanban).
• Ability to perform and supervise project management activities across all phases.
• Experience in managing multiple agile teams in projects of 25-75 FTE.
• Strong customer and service-focused attitude with a focus on outcome.
• Solid understanding of change and expectations management.
• Proven track record of successful project implementation in a software environment.
• English: Advanced level (C1) required.

Nice to have

• Experience in managing multiple distributed teams.
• Technical background (software development, QA, DevOps).
• Product Management background.
• Knowledge of latest SW development trends and tools.
• German language skills.
• Agile and/or PMI certification, experience with SAFe or LeSS.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and conducting trainings.
