What you will do

  • Drive customer renewals and expansion to exceed quota targets.
  • Proactively engage customers before support expiration to assess needs and ensure a smooth renewal process.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers within customer and partner organizations, aligning solutions with their priorities and needs.
  • Re-engage customers with lapsed support through targeted outreach and proactive calling.
  • Assist customers with licensing transfers, support ticket escalations, and general inquiries to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Provide support to Veeam’s channel partners, enabling them to successfully close renewals and additional license sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Fluent level of English
  • Proven experience in managing customer relationships and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Strong experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer success, preferably in the IT/software industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems with a focus on maintaining accurate customer records and pipeline management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate solutions and offers.
