TL;DR

GTM Lead (Fintech): Developing and executing go-to-market strategies for hirify.global's North American growth with an accent on early-stage conversations, client workshops, and demos. Focus on identifying and qualifying opportunities, building strong relationships with consulting and network partners, and supporting commercial and contractual conversations in the financial services ecosystem.

Location: Must be located within a commutable distance to our New York office or other East Coast locations may be considered. The role will involve travel within the US and some international travel.

hirify.global is transforming the banking landscape with our cutting-edge core banking software, originally developed to power Starling.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute GTM strategies for North America.
  • Execute across the E2E sales cycle, including outbound lead generation.
  • Support early-stage conversations, run client workshops and demos, and help identify and qualify opportunities.
  • Contribute to marketing activities and conferences to elevate Engine’s brand awareness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consulting and network partners.
  • Support commercial and contractual conversations, working with Engine teams throughout the sales lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in a fast-paced start-up, a top-tier consulting organization, or equivalent.
  • Experience in business development, partnerships, or revenue-focused roles.
  • Experience working in Financial Services (Fintech, Banking, or Credit Unions) is a must.
  • Strong understanding of the broader financial services ecosystem and the US regulatory and legislative landscape.
  • Excellent networking and executive presence.
  • Strong analytical skills and banking and technology aptitude.

Hiring process

  • Interview with someone from the NA BD team.
  • Interview with Engine North America team member(s) and others from the BD team, including a pre-prepared case study.
  • Final interview with Engine’s North American President.
