Solution Engineer

TL;DR

Solution Engineer (ITAM/FinOps): Partnering with the Field Sales team to identify customer business issues and drive revenue for hirify.global's technology value optimization solutions. Focus on leading technical strategy for Proof of Value, delivering customer demonstrations, and providing field insights to product management and engineering.

Location: Remote, based in France or Belgium

What you will do

• Partner with sales representatives and other revenue team members to drive revenue for hirify.global across enterprise opportunities.
• Lead discovery calls to uncover customer needs and issues.
• Produce and deliver customer demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof of concept activities.
• Contribute to RFI/RFP and security questionnaire responses.
• Provide insight from the field back to product management and engineering.
• Contribute to best practices for POC processes, sales to CSM handoffs, and customer roadmaps.

Requirements

• Background in pre-sales, customer success, and/or consulting, preferably working for a software vendor.
• Experience with an insights or value-based approach to selling.
• Domain expertise in IT Asset Management, Software License Optimization, Application Lifecycle Management, FinOps, Cloud Cost, Cloud Optimization, or Cloud Management.
