What you will do

• Revamp and interlink GRC content in Confluence and Jira for a consistent workflow.
• Support the migration of compliance and audit content from Word/Excel to structured Confluence pages and Jira issues.
• Help build Jira templates for security assessments, structuring interviews and evidence capture.
• Contribute to a control model, defining controls in Confluence and tracking implementation in Jira.
• Assist with compliance and regulatory workstreams (e.g., ISO 27001, TISAX, NIS2, CRA).
• Create and maintain Jira dashboards to provide visibility on compliance status and remediation progress.
• Improve process and documentation hygiene, reducing duplication and modernizing evidence storage.

Requirements

• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in process improvement and documentation optimization.
• Strong written communication in English.
• Working knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Ability to work with increasing autonomy after initial guidance.
• Interest in governance, risk, compliance, audit, or regulatory topics.
• Motivation to learn how security governance operates in a large organization.
