What you will do
- Deliver on pipeline and revenue targets for the EMEA regional sales team.
- Act as the strategic marketing partner to the Regional VP of Sales, aligning activities with sales cycles.
- Design and execute localized demand generation campaigns and field events in EMEA.
- Create and adapt content for local market relevance, including regional success stories.
- Manage the regional marketing budget and track performance, lead quality, and ROI.
- Provide market feedback, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to global teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years in B2B Marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in SaaS Field Marketing or Regional Marketing leadership specifically within Europe/EMEA.
- Deep understanding of the EMEA hospitality landscape and regional hotel dynamics is critical.
- Proven experience managing marketing strategy across the UK, Germany, France, as well as emerging markets in the Middle East or Eastern Europe.
- Previous experience reporting into or working very closely with Sales leadership.
- Mastery of CRM (Salesforce) and Marketing Automation, with ability to analyze pipeline velocity.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Strong working knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations regarding marketing in EMEA.
