What you will do
- Coach and develop other testers, including peer review, delegation, and objective setting.
- Carry out comprehensive testing across UI, API, back-office processes, 3rd party systems, and integrations.
- Understand and interpret business, functional, and technical requirements to contribute to solution development.
- Create and implement appropriate test automation approaches from project inception.
- Engage in new research projects and proof of concepts.
- Support User Acceptance Testing and production releases.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Tester, including delegating work and mentoring junior testers.
- Full understanding of the testing lifecycle and methodologies.
- Ability to create and design automated test scripts using the BDD methodology.
- Experience maintaining and enhancing existing automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of Cypress, Gherkin, Page Object Model, PactumJS, and TypeScript.
- Experience in CI/CD using tools such as Jenkins, Git, and AWS CodePipeline.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
