What you will do

• Gather, validate, and document business requirements through collaboration with stakeholders and product owners.
• Translate business requirements into development-ready items by analyzing system capabilities and proposing solutions.
• Model and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency and product value.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and impacts of existing and proposed solutions.
• Create clear and concise functional specifications, translating technical concepts into accessible language.
• Help clients define their needs in response to evolving business or regulatory contexts.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Proven experience managing stakeholder expectations and facilitating discussions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Skilled in requirement prioritization, scope management, and evaluating solution feasibility.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Business Analyst certification or relevant courses.
• Interest or hands-on exposure to project management.
• Experience with large-scale projects or frameworks such as SAFe, Scaled Scrum, or Lean.
• Familiarity with complex data systems or integration environments.
• Technical background or a degree in Computer Science.
