What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day operations of campaigns and partnerships across all platforms.
• Serve as the main point of contact both internally and externally throughout the project lifecycle.
• Scope client briefs and provide client and creative insight, costs, and scheduling feasibility in pitch responses.
• Define project scope, lead kick-offs, coordinate requirements, create project schedules, and ensure deadlines are met on multiple projects.
• Manage project team to ensure delivery of campaigns on time and within budget.
• Build successful relationships and gain the respect and trust of clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project and customer relationship management.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and able to make decisions autonomously with a structured, coordinated approach.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in a project management role or similar position with transferable skills.
• A background in media or publishing preferable.
