Location: Hybrid role from our Bath or London Office, working three days from the office, two from home

What you will do
- Establish, coordinate, and scale a best-in-class Growth CRO and experimentation program across the full funnel.
- Drive higher conversion rates throughout the user journey.
- Increase test velocity across teams.
- Improve CAC efficiency and LTV.
Requirements
- Proven experience building and scaling full-funnel CRO and experimentation programs within high-growth digital businesses.
- Expertise in A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, VWO, AB Tasty, Adobe Target).
- Strong foundation in statistics, test design, and hypothesis-driven optimisation.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (GA, Adobe Analytics) and behavioural analytics (Hotjar, ContentSquare, Glassbox).
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and behavioural psychology.
- Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving alignment.
