Location: Remote (Europe). Team members are based in Berlin, London, Stockholm, Chamonix, Hamburg, Lisbon, Marseille, and Vilnius.

What you will do

• Harden and secure Azure resources including VMs, storage, and databases.
• Configure and monitor Microsoft Defender for Cloud and Sentinel for threat detection.
• Develop and enforce policy-as-code for cloud deployments using Terraform and ARM templates.
• Conduct architecture reviews and threat modelling for cloud services.
• Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to embed security into infrastructure-as-code.
• Support incident response for cloud-related events and produce audit-ready evidence.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Azure security services (Defender for Cloud, Sentinel).
• Strong understanding of IAM, least privilege, and identity protection in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and HIPAA.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform and ARM.
• Experience with SIEM/SOAR integration and cloud monitoring.
