Location: Remote (USA - East Coast) with field sales responsibilities

Salary: $137,500–$152,500 USD annual base salary.

What you will do

• Manage and lead a team of account executives within a defined geographical territory.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to align with company goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Coach and mentor sales representatives to drive continuous performance improvement.
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales, and report performance to executive leadership.
• Build and execute comprehensive Partner and CSP strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years managing and leading a team of 4+ Growth or Commercial Account Executives.
• 4+ years complex cloud or security sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
