What you will do

• Own the entire paid acquisition strategy, initially focusing on Google Search.
• Research keywords, competitors, and customer pain points to build high-converting campaigns.
• Write ads, set up campaigns, manage daily budgets, and monitor performance.
• Optimize key pages (pricing, signup, onboarding) for higher conversion.
• Run A/B tests on copy, CTAs, and landing pages, reporting clear learnings.
• Build dashboards to track key metrics like CAC, CPL, ROI, and LTV from paid channels.

Requirements

• Fluent Ukrainian required.
• English: B2+ required.
• 2+ years running Google Search Ads for SaaS, PLG, or B2B products.
• Strong understanding of funnel math (CPL, CAC, ROI, payback) and data-driven reporting.
• Ability to write clear, high-converting ad copy (text + visuals) and brief landing page tests.
• Experience using GA4, PostHog, HubSpot, and Looker Studio, comfortable with solo growth efforts.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience running retargeting or working with Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit.
• Experience working with chatbots or AI tools, especially in startups.
