Location: Hybrid in Malmö or Nacka Strand (Stockholm), Sweden.

What you will do

  • Manage and develop customer accounts to achieve budget, revenue, and profitability targets.
  • Guide clients through the development of their IT operations and simplify complex decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Specialists, Procurement, Managed Services, and Logistics.
  • Establish hirify.global as the preferred IT partner by identifying challenges and offering tailored solutions.
  • Drive revenue and earnings for your customer portfolio.

Requirements

  • Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales and budget targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Documented track record of driving sales processes from initiation to completion.
  • Experience with managing customer accounts and supporting complex sales closures.
  • Proficiency in CRM, AI-support tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • English: B2 required and Swedish: required.
