What you will do
- Manage and develop customer accounts to achieve budget, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Guide clients through the development of their IT operations and simplify complex decisions.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Specialists, Procurement, Managed Services, and Logistics.
- Establish hirify.global as the preferred IT partner by identifying challenges and offering tailored solutions.
- Drive revenue and earnings for your customer portfolio.
Requirements
- Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales and budget targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Documented track record of driving sales processes from initiation to completion.
- Experience with managing customer accounts and supporting complex sales closures.
- Proficiency in CRM, AI-support tools, and Microsoft Office.
- English: B2 required and Swedish: required.
