What you will do
- Lead the entire sales process from identifying profiled target accounts to closing strategic opportunities within the EMEA region.
- Strategically identify, target, and close major revenue-producing hotel groups.
- Manage the contract process with prospective clients and facilitate complex Request for Proposal (RFP) processes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to formulate and execute Account-Based Marketing initiatives and build a solid pipeline.
- Present hirify.global's AI-driven solution suite, fostering deep understanding of its value and solving specific pain points.
- Act as a tech evangelist to hoteliers and translate customer needs into actionable business deliverables.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding annual new business sales quotas.
- Deep domain experience in the hotel/travel industry technology sector.
- Possess experience and understanding of the hotel tech stack, including ORM, Distribution (CRS, IBE), Revenue Management Systems (RMS), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills, capable of navigating complex commercial discussions with C-Level executives.
- Fluency in English language skills (spoken and written).
