What you will do

• Design and implement scalable, cloud-native solutions on Azure.
• Deliver technical architecture and guidelines to clients.
• Optimise CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure (e.g., Bicep, Terraform).
• Lead and coach teams across multiple clients.
• Advise clients on tooling, integration, and architecture choices.
• Contribute to pre-sales, standardisation, and team development.

Requirements

• Completed technical degree (HBO, Bachelor or Master).
• At least 4 years of experience in a relevant cloud engineering or DevOps role.
• Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with containerisation and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
• Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, CircleCI).
• Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Bicep or Pulumi).
• Experience with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Service Bus, Function Apps, Load Balancing, and Linux environments.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus or Grafana).
• Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a consultancy mindset.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and motivated to help build a growing team.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Based in the Netherlands.
