TL;DR

Professional UX Researcher: Proactively shaping research strategies and leading impactful studies to deliver actionable insights, translating them into clear, evidence-based recommendations for the product organization. Focus on planning and leading end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research, synthesizing and communicating findings tailored to stakeholders, and generating strategic research insights for product opportunities and business model decisions.

What you will do

  • Plan and lead end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research studies, including concept development, questionnaire design, and execution of interviews, usability tests, and online surveys.
  • Synthesize, visualize, and communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Continuously improve ways of working by experimenting with new tools, processes, and techniques.
  • Employ various methods like heuristics, voice of customer, experience mapping, affinity diagrams, and statistical analysis to triangulate user pain points and derive actionable recommendations.
  • Generate strategic research insights to inform new product opportunities, business model decisions, and optimization efforts for both B2B and B2C domains.

Requirements

  • Academic background in psychology, social sciences, sociology, media sciences, communication sciences, business, or a comparable subject.
  • Significant work experience in user experience research.
  • Proficiency in both quantitative and qualitative research methods.
  • Experience designing and facilitating workshops, including hypothesis generation, concept development, and design thinking sessions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Fluency in German is required, both written and spoken.
