Location: Hybrid (2 office days per week in Warsaw, Poland). This position is a maternity cover contract for one year.

What you will do

• Support the creation and continuous improvement of KPI dashboards and reporting tools for FP&A and Accounting teams.
• Perform data analyses and data modeling, turning complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
• Leverage AI-driven tools and automation to enhance analytical workflows and generate impactful insights.
• Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations and provide valuable input to the leadership team.
• Be a key contributor to the Finance team, supporting e-commerce growth and expansion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong skills in Excel, SQL, and Tableau (or a comparable data visualisation tool).
• A passion for solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches and turning data into meaningful recommendations.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing precision with pragmatism.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Additional programming skills (e.g., Python, VBA).
