What you will do

• Support customers and assist key account managers in Switzerland.
• Maintain forecasts, sales statistics, and POS data; manage quality issues.
• Provide first-level technical support for customers.
• Manage quotations and orders, including creating, following up, and confirming offers.

Requirements

• Commercial vocational training and experience in a comparable position.
• Proactive and clear communication skills, as well as an independent and structured way of working.
• Confident use of Excel, SAP, and Salesforce; good understanding of sales processes.
• English: C1+ (very good) required; German is a plus.
• Willingness to visit HQ in Switzerland occasionally.
