What you will do

• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of creative assets for brand campaigns, product communications, and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Brand, Marketing, Product, and Communications to align on requirements and ensure timely delivery of design materials.
• Conduct research on design trends and competitor brand expressions to support the evolution of hirify.global’s brand identity.
• Manage and optimize design workflows, ensuring all creative deadlines and deliverables are met with precision.
• Act as an ambassador for hirify.global’s visual identity by ensuring correct brand application and spotting improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Professional experience in brand design, creative direction, or visual marketing, preferably in a fast-paced or international setting.
• A strong eye for design and detail, with a proven ability to manage multiple complex creative workstreams simultaneously.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and German; additional languages are a significant advantage.
• Expert level in design and collaboration software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Google Workspace.
