What you will do

  • Prospect and source new distribution deals within public institutions.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from building business cases to closing new deals.
  • Manage relationships with public institutions, identifying commercial opportunities and renewing contracts.
  • Contribute to market intelligence, competitor insights, and go-to-market strategy refinement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Product, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Strategic Sales.
  • Experience with a B2B distribution model.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Solid grasp of pipeline management and CRM discipline (HubSpot, Salesforce or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in French & English.

Nice to have

  • Additional European languages are a strong asset.
