What you will do

• Define and execute the global partner solution engineering strategy for ecosystem success.
• Lead joint solution development with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and leading ISVs.
• Oversee technical governance, architecture standards, and integration frameworks.
• Build and scale a Partner Solution Architecture Centre of Excellence across EMEA, APAC & NA.
• Act as executive sponsor for co-innovation, technical delivery, and partner engagement.

Requirements

• Proven leadership in building partner solution engineering or technical alliances teams within enterprise SaaS.
• Deep understanding of data/AI platforms, cloud integration, and marketplace deployment.
• Strong track record of co-developing and launching solutions with hyperscalers or GSIs.
• Strategic mindset paired with hands-on coaching and technical execution skills.
• Ability to influence senior external stakeholders (CTO/CIO level) globally.
