What you will do

• Create, manage, and deactivate user accounts, groups, and permissions according to security protocols.
• Serve as the first point of contact for technical issues and escalate to the Global Primero System Administration Support team when necessary.
• Provide guidance to case management focal points on system navigation and technical processes.
• Monitor system performance, uptime, user access status, and audit logs to identify potential issues.
• Ensure all actions comply with inter-agency data protection protocols and support confidentiality procedures.
• Conduct basic orientations for new users, produce simple guides, and facilitate training-of-trainers sessions.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience supporting IT systems or platforms in a humanitarian or NGO context.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and experience providing user support.
• Understanding of information management principles, data protection standards, and protection case management processes.
• Ability to work with multiple agencies and maintain neutral, professional working relationships.
• Fluency in Ukrainian is required.
• Working proficiency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud-based systems or user administration.
• Familiarity with case management platforms like Primero, CPIMS+, or GBVIMS+.
• Experience participating in inter-agency coordination platforms.
