Database Administrator (DBA)

What you will do

• Act as the focal point for all MongoDB-related issues, including reviewing configuration changes.
• Maintain and support MongoDB, SQL Server, and Postgres databases in Atlas, on-prem, and AWS.
• Monitor system health and performance to minimize database downtime.
• Manage High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions.
• Plan for long-term scalability and architecture improvements.
• Implement changes, apply patches, and manage database versions.
• Be part of the DBA on-call cycle.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as MongoDB DBA (Infrastructure & applicative).
• 2+ years of experience as relational Database DBA (Infrastructure & applicative).
• 1+ years of experience in AWS.
• Advanced T-SQL database development experience.
• Knowledge of Git and code management processes.
• Excellent knowledge of data backup, recovery, security, and integrity.
• Experience with tools like dbatools, RedGate SQL Toolbelt, Coralogix.
• Problem-solving skills and algorithmic thinking ability.
• Fluent in English.

• Experience with CI/CD.
