What you will do
- Ensure timely delivery of QA solutions aligned with enterprise standards, including planning, estimation, and structured execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, product owners, analysts, and architects to meet client expectations and foster team alignment.
- Lead test automation by designing and implementing scalable, standards-compliant automation frameworks integrated into DevOps pipelines.
- Refine complex requirements, define test estimates, and contribute to backlog refinement and sprint planning.
- Continuously improve processes through retrospectives and agile practices to drive efficiency and high-quality outputs.
- Proactively resolve issues by accurately logging defects, supporting root cause analysis, and collaborating for timely resolution to minimize risk and cost.
Requirements
- Programming (OOP) in C# (Python is preferable).
- Automation testing experience with frameworks like Playwright, BDD (Cucumber, Specflow, Reqnroll), API automation (Rest Assured, Pytest).
- Some experience with performance testing (Jmeter or similar).
- Experience with Agile methodology and working in agile teams.
- Demonstrated experience with Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), Containers/Docker/Kubernetes.
- Exposure to data-heavy system testing and event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, Azure Event Hub).
