What you will do

• Design and develop automation frameworks, architect, implement, and enhance scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks.
• Develop comprehensive automated test scripts for functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing across various application layers.
• Embed automated tests into continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to enable rapid feedback and accelerate release cycles.
• Collaborate with software engineers to understand application architecture, features, and technical designs, ensuring testability and comprehensive test coverage.
• Accurately identify, document, and track software defects, working with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Contribute to the design and execution of performance, load, and stress tests to identify bottlenecks and ensure application scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a strong focus on test automation.
• Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#).
• Extensive experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, TestNG, Pytest, NUnit).
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, principles, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC) in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Rest Assured, SoapUI).

Nice to have

• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with database testing and SQL.
• Familiarity with financial services concepts or prior experience in a financial technology environment.
• Experience with behavior-driven development (BDD) frameworks (e.g., Cucumber, SpecFlow).
