TL;DR

Partner Portal Administrator & Content Manager (Content Management): Managing partner onboarding and engagement efforts with an accent on maintaining the partner portal and community, and developing online training and video resources. What you will do

  • Onboard and manage users; update and organize content within the partner portal and community platforms.
  • Establish and maintain a structured content library with clear taxonomy, ensuring it is easily accessible and optimized for usage.
  • Track and analyze content performance and partner feedback to identify gaps and optimize enablement programs.
  • Partner with marketing, product, customer success, and sales to align with partner messaging and content needs.
  • Develop and publish basic online training courses and videos.
  • Support partner communications, including the partner newsletter and product release enablement and announcements; coordinate logistics and content for webinars.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in portal administration and content management with a knowledge of and willingness to leverage AI for creating and delivering work product.
  • Experience in training and video development.
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., Saleshood, Confluence), LMS platforms (Talent, Skilljar).
  • Experience with training development tools (Articulate Rise, Storyline) and video editing.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
