What you will do

• Act as Scrum Master for cross-functional teams, ensuring proper Agile practices.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: standups, sprint planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives, health checks, and workshops.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to develop project plans, resource allocation, and budget needs.
• Coordinate and deliver technical projects across multiple teams.
• Manage project execution, ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards, and conduct risk analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement within the Competence Center and contribute to PMO and PM training initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in technology-focused project management.
• Proven experience as Scrum Master for cross-functional engineering teams.
• Expert-level proficiency in JIRA/Confluence configuration.
• Deep knowledge of project management processes, tools, and techniques.
• Solid experience with technical requirements management.
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher required.
