TL;DR

Strategic Client Executive: Leading high-value B2B client relationships and serving as a strategic partner to hirify.global’s largest clients, ensuring maximum value from the mental health platform. Focus on developing and executing strategic account plans, driving commercial outcomes including renewals and upsells, and advocating for client needs.

Location: Remote in the US or Hybrid in San Francisco. Candidates must permanently reside in the US full-time. PST based candidates highly preferred.

Salary: $101,300-$120,000 + quarterly variable. Annual on-target earnings (OTE) is $126,625-$150,000.

What you will do

  • Function as the strategic lead for clients, building strong, referenceable relationships.
  • Understand client business needs and priorities to ensure their success with hirify.global.
  • Build impactful relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders, identifying growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligning with client objectives and retention goals.
  • Lead cross-functional workstreams for key client initiatives and engagement strategy.
  • Drive commercial outcomes, including renewals, revenue retention, and upsells.

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of experience in a strategic client-facing role (e.g., Strategic Account Management, Customer Success).
  • Proven experience managing a portfolio of large, complex accounts (25,000+ employees and/or $1M+ in recurring revenue).
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue retention and growth targets.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data.
  • Deep understanding of the mental health landscape, including industry trends and payment models.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, articulating complex concepts to C-level executives.
