What you will do

• Understand business requirements to create optimal software configuration solutions.
• Configure the product using various tools and technologies, including Java, Python, JSON, Groovy, Jenkins, and GitHub.
• Collaborate with project managers and customers to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and configuration quality is maintained.
• Track and manage requests using case tracking systems.
• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and Salesforce.
• Test completed configurations to ensure solutions meet original requirements and proactively provide updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent years of experience.
• 1+ years of experience with Object-Oriented Java, Python, JSON, and SQL in a production environment.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service, support, web design/development, or a related role.
• Experience using Salesforce, Jenkins, and GitHub.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal).
