TL;DR

Sales Account Manager (Fintech): Managing and growing a portfolio of restaurant clients by selling TheFork solutions to increase their revenue and optimize their margins with an accent on building long-term relationships and providing support for their positioning strategy. Focus on developing promotional plans and ensuring compliance with T&Cs to guarantee excellent B2C user experience.

Location: Milan, Italy. Flexible working environment with 2 days home office per week + up to 4 total weeks additional flexibility during the summer period and in December to work fully remotely

What you will do

  • Ensure your restaurant portfolio generates significant revenue by selling TheFork solutions.
  • Negotiate favorable conditions, allowing restaurants to optimize margins and increase seat occupancy.
  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Provide support via email and phone to your client portfolio, assisting with positioning strategy, revenue management, and online marketing.
  • Set up action plans with Sales and Marketing to develop promotional plans, including Festivals and special offers.
  • Monitor and ensure restaurants comply with T&Cs and quality policies for excellent B2C user experience.

Requirements

  • Years of experience in account management or relevant role: +2y
  • Language: Native level of Italian and fluent English
  • A Fully computer literate - GSuite and Salesforce
  • Self-starter, results-oriented person who loves to reach and exceed targets
  • Knowledge of the revenue management related issue
  • Very comfortable having conversations and negotiations over the phone
