What you will do
- Develop and oversee a strategy for supporting business leaders in delivering Reward initiatives & programs.
- Mentor and manage a team of three Partners, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Develop and oversee compensation and recognition frameworks for the full hirify.global organizational structure.
- Influence and support senior leaders with data-backed advice on unique reward challenges.
- Continuously evaluate the efficiency of compensation programs, innovating to improve the return on investment.
- Embody a compensation strategy that ensures competitiveness, particularly in high-demand segments like the AI talent market.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in compensation.
- People Management: Demonstrated experience managing a Reward team, preferably within a global and/or tech environment.
- Operational Excellence: History of holding end-to-end responsibility for complex Reward programs and driving them to successful outcomes.
- Ability to assimilate ambiguous information from varied sources to provide meaningful insights using Google sheets (or equivalent), SQL or other database tools and AI enabled tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust and influence senior leaders.
- Strong AI fluency and take an AI First approach to your core work.
- Enjoy the energy of a fast-paced team and can manage multiple workstreams without compromising attention to detail.
