What you will do

• Help develop and maintain engineering processes, delivery, and collaboration among multiple engineering teams.
• Manage the performance and growth of engineers in your teams.
• Ensure the stability and reliability of the system.
• Contribute to the technical architecture and solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to establish an environment for predictable delivery.
• Recruit and build an engineering team.

Requirements

• Over 8 years of engineering experience, including relevant experience in a management role.
• Previously worked as a Software Engineer.
• Proven experience owning and shaping complex application architecture, including mobile and web.
• Hands-on background with React, React Native, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of mobile platforms (iOS/Android) and cross-platform frameworks / performance characteristics.
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
