Location: This is a hybrid role with onsite expectations of 3x/week (Tuesday - Thursday) from our San Mateo, CA headquarters.

Salary: $200,000 - $285,000

What you will do

• Support strategic projects by providing analysis, insights, and clear recommendations.
• Frame problems, gather data, and develop fact-based solutions with leadership and stakeholders.
• Conduct market, competitive, and financial analysis, including business cases and investment evaluations.
• Assist in creating board-level, investor-facing, and internal strategy materials.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable plans, scoping workstreams and tracking progress.
• Collaborate across geographies and functions to ensure alignment and project momentum.
• Contribute to operational deep-dives, opportunity sizing, and strategic planning cycles.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or related analytical roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, develop insights, and influence decisions.
• Financial modeling and business case development capabilities.
• Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and work across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, slide-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Experience working in or supporting SaaS or technology businesses preferred.
