What you will do
- Oversee the implementation, management, and daily optimisation of programmatic campaigns to meet client objectives and KPIs.
- Create and design programmatic strategies for client portfolios.
- Conduct direct client servicing, including regular calls and presenting performance.
- Develop strong relationships with media owners and service providers.
- Support the day-to-day QA process and ensure financial accuracy.
- Help manage and develop more junior team members.
Requirements
- Passionate about programmatic activation and driving continued excellence.
- Confidence in DSPs such as DV360, TTD, and Amazon.
- Ability to translate technical and complex points to non-technical audiences.
- Analytically minded with an aptitude for handling large data sets to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive programmatic testing roadmaps.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
